From the meeting
KCI's August 1, 2026 engineering report said it was in ongoing coordination with the developer's engineer for 17959 S Dupont Hwy. The packet does not identify the end use, but it confirms an active private development file with design coordination underway. That is useful intelligence for engineering, surveying, and construction services tied to the project.
