From the meeting
In the June 28, 2026 district engineer report, Alvarez Engineers, Inc. said the lake tracts and completed lake banks were in good repair except for moderate erosion and a missing segment of guardrail at the east end of the lake at SW 164th Ct and SW 58th Ter. The engineer recommended that the district consider retaining a contractor to repair the missing guardrail segment.
The report also stated that the district budgeted $7,606 for insurance policy renewal under Agreement No. 100125029 with Florida Insurance Alliance. This was informational and no contractor was selected.
