From the meeting
In 2022 the Selectboard contracted with Stevens & Associates for a feasibility study on rebuilding the highway garage at the existing site. The study was completed in September 2023 and identified several site constraints. That work fed the later site plan and building-size changes, so the firm's role and the site findings remain relevant for any design, permitting, or engineering follow-up.
