From the meeting
Four applications were submitted to Imperial Irrigation District's Funding Local Opportunities for Water (FLOW) program, including the Heber Distribution Main Line Reliability Project. Funding is expected to be announced before the end of the month, so this is still a live grant opportunity. If funded, the district may move into design, construction, or project management for the main line work.
