From the meeting
Ellis Woods Park pedestrian bridge engineering was listed as complete with a $25,000 grant award. The closeout status shows the engineering phase is done, not pending. The sales value is in the possibility of bridge construction, environmental work, or other park capital phases if the project is revived.
