From the meeting
Dayspring Academy signed a memorandum of understanding with Step Up For Students - Federal, Inc. for the Step Further Program. The agreement says the collaborator will solicit donations for the Education Freedom Tax Credit Program and that Step Further will handle scholarship processing, compliance, administration, and fundraising tools.
The document says the parties still intend to negotiate a definitive agreement, so the work is not yet a final buy.
