From the meeting
Council ratified or executed multiple use permit agreements with ArtsQuest and the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce for 2026 events, including Soccerfest amendments, Sabor Latin Festival, Independence Day Celebration, One Earth Reggaefest, and America250: A Block Party. These are not procurement buys, but they show who is operating major city events in 2026 and where venue, logistics, and event-service needs are likely concentrated. The decision was already made at the July 7 meeting.
