From the meeting
Council discussed replacing the west and south entrance signs for Whittemore, but was not ready to fund the project yet. Members wondered whether part of the proceeds from the upcoming 2028 Sesquicentennial celebration could pay for the signs. This is an unfunded public-facing capital idea with no vendor selected, but it gives a seller a sense of future decorative sign and event-funding needs.
