From the meeting
Council authorized Mayor Kirby Korchinski to sign the employment agreement with Pierrette Woynarski for Chief Administrative Officer. The agreement was substantially in the form presented and the Mayor and Administration were authorized to execute related documents. This is a leadership change with buying-signaling impact because the new CAO can influence budgets, operations, and future procurement priorities.
