From the meeting
Chelmsford Water District said it applied for Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) financing to help complete its PFAS water treatment project at the lowest cost possible. The notice ties the funding request to the $43,000,000 system improvement program and the ongoing treatment plant and transmission line work. The funding path is relevant because it supports the remaining construction and remediation timeline.
