From the meeting
At the September 28, 2026 meeting, Councilor Edward Charo reported that the library board had several thousand dollars that needed to be spent soon. The library director was looking for ideas to draw more people to the library and to get kids to use the facility. She also said the county would install a blood pressure machine, the new AC unit still leaked, damaged tiles were found after heavy rains, and the water fountain may be replaced with a bottle-filling fountain.

Questions about this project
What is a pre-RFP?
A pre-RFP is an early indicator that a government agency is planning a purchase — a project discussed in a board meeting, a budget line item, a new hire, or a grant award — captured before a formal RFP or bid is published. Acting on pre-RFPs gives SLED and B2G vendors months of lead time to build relationships and shape requirements.

Pre-RFPs typically surface 6–18 months before a formal solicitation is published. Civic IQ tracks City of Eunice's meeting records, agendas, and budgets continuously and updates this pre-RFP as the project moves through the buying cycle toward an RFP.
