From the meeting
At the September 21, 2026 meeting, staff presented the Well 4 Park Concept Plan to replace the existing Prescott Skate Park. The plan includes climbing as a central feature, a trail connection from Borner Street to Dexter Street, a picnic pavilion, playground equipment, and possible relocation of equipment from Shane Park Circle. The committee generally supported the concept and staff said it would return with a final design at a future meeting.
This is still early planning, but it shows a future park buildout moving toward design.

Acting on pre-RFPs gives SLED and B2G vendors months of lead time to build relationships and shape requirements.
