From the meeting
At the September 14, 2026 meeting, the council discussed Grand Meadowfest after Grand Meadow Lions Club representatives said Greg Lamp had stepped down from organizing. Council ordered Christian to put together an initial event to gather community members and form a planning committee. This is an early organizational step, not a procurement, but it signals future event planning and support needs.
