From the meeting
At the October 5, 2026 meeting Glenn Coppelman said he had contacted the Bartletts about possibly replacing the roof on the Hearse House before the closing and had written authorization to proceed. The item is still a pre-construction property repair decision, not a contract award. It points to potential roofing, inspection, and project-management work tied to the closing.

Acting on pre-RFPs gives SLED and B2G vendors months of lead time to build relationships and shape requirements.
