From the meeting
At the October 30, 2026 meeting, staff introduced concept memos for major review of the In-State Tuition Classification, Tuition and Fees, and State-Funded Student Financial Aid policies. The memos said the policies were outdated or needed substantive review, and they outlined stakeholder engagement with Financial Aid Advisors, CFOs, and the Data Advisory Group. Proposed next steps were surveys in November and December meetings, with return to committee in January if needed.
