From the meeting
At the October 13, 2026 meeting Public Works Director Shoop said the Summit Street Project was moving along and hoped Main St could open soon. The minutes do not record a new decision, but they confirm an active capital project in construction/closeout. That makes the city open to continued contractor, traffic, paving, and restoration follow-on work as the project advances.
