From the meeting
At the October 12, 2026 meeting, the council approved vacating the Parkview B Medical Office Condominium Plat at about 1151 East 3900 South. St. Mark's Hospital said it had acquired all units and demolished part of the site, and the vacation will let the hospital consolidate land for future expansion.
The hospital's master plan still is being developed, and preliminary plans include additional medical office buildings and parking structures.
