From the meeting

At the November 4, 2026 meeting, commissioners approved execution of the MOU and Financial Assistance forms for the Greys Creek Nature Park Living Shoreline Restoration. The October 26, 2026 staff report said the grant had been approved on 9/16/25 and was included in the Environmental Programs budget for the current fiscal year. The project will restore about 300 linear feet of tidal shoreline, 9,000 square feet of tidal wetlands, and install about 15,000 square feet of riparian buffer.

Funding was through USEPA via MDE, and the item still needed signatures so work could begin.
