From the meeting
At the August 18, 2026 meeting, staff reported they must respond to CDPHE about the effluent flow meter by September 5, 2026. The proposed fix is a partial flume on the effluent line using a premade fiberglass flume unit supported by concrete so influent and effluent readings can be matched. Brandyn Bair and Alan Leslie are working on the design and will report back to the state.
