From the meeting
At its September 8, 2026 meeting, the DDA approved Resolution No. 2026-13 amending the Parking Facility Rental Agreement, Parking Easement Agreement, and Stormwater Easement Agreement with RW Lilburn Owner, LLC. The amendments cut parking insurance coverage from $20 million to $2 million after coordination with the City insurer and GMA, and they update stormwater cost sharing based on impervious surface area.
The resolution also gave authority to finish negotiations and execute final agreements so the developer could obtain a Certificate of Occupancy. This is contract administration and follow-on work with a known developer and insurer.

Acting on pre-RFPs gives SLED and B2G vendors months of lead time to build relationships and shape requirements.
