From the meeting
At its September 23, 2026 meeting, the board approved multiple Smart Scholars Early College High School partnership contracts for the 2026-2027 school year. Reach was named for program coordination and PD facilitation at $50,000 for Cohort 5 and $27,500 for Cohort 6. Research/York College and Research Foundation York CUNY were also named for counseling, academic support, and college courses, including $226,989 and $161,968 awards.
The district is already moving these services into place, so adjacent student-support, college-readiness, and program-management vendors may have follow-on openings.
