From the meeting
At its September 21, 2026 meeting the committee reviewed updates to the observation tools used in classrooms. The Observation Feedback Form (OFF) is used by everyone observing classrooms, with the principal holding regular reflection meetings and teachers receiving a copy. The formal classroom observation rubric was also edited to align with the Montessori Commitments and to incorporate input from Lisa and Kelly, which points to an ongoing implementation and training need.
