From the meeting
At its September 18, 2026 meeting, the board approved issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) to select a creative services vendor. The current creative services vendor has worked with Your Health Idaho since 2017, and the board noted the organization's needs are changing. The Proposal Evaluation Team (PET) was authorized to select the vendor, and the Executive Director and Marketplace Committee chair were authorized to execute the contract at an amount reasonably consistent with the current budget.
The new contract amount will be in addition to the approved FY27 budget.

Questions about this project
What is a pre-RFP?
A pre-RFP is an early indicator that a government agency is planning a purchase — a project discussed in a board meeting, a budget line item, a new hire, or a grant award — captured before a formal RFP or bid is published. Acting on pre-RFPs gives SLED and B2G vendors months of lead time to build relationships and shape requirements.
