From the meeting
At its September 17, 2026 meeting, the committee was told the Communication Champions Program will use core and elective classes to build employee communications skills and brand understanding. The initiative is part of the University Communication Plan and was reported as underway, not as a procurement. It creates a clear internal training and change-management opening around communications curriculum and delivery support.
