From the meeting
At its September 17, 2026 meeting, Marlboro Central School District recorded the retirement of Food Service Director Frederick Callo effective November 28, 2026. That creates a leadership transition in food services, which can affect staffing, vendor oversight, equipment planning, and cafeteria operations. A seller should track who takes over and whether the district changes service priorities or supplier relationships.
