From the meeting
At its September 16, 2026 meeting, the commission heard Scott Boyle of Connolly Construction report on landfill construction. Work had progressed but was slowed by weather, and completion was expected about two weeks after the plastic liner was installed. This is implementation work already underway, so the useful sales angle is follow-on construction support and closeout timing.
