From the meeting
At its September 15, 2026 meeting the Planning Board approved and signed the Local Approval for a revised septic design at 450 Old East Road for the Holt Family Trust. The plan changed a 4-bedroom residence design by adding an 800 gallon tank to the existing 1,250 gallon tank and shifting the layout slightly. Mark Vander-Heyden of Vander-Heyden Land Surveying prepared the revision, so the work is already moving through approval and construction-ready follow-on steps.
