From the meeting
At its September 15, 2026 meeting, MECC said the Workforce Pipeline Grant would launch a 29-credit transportation and logistics program. About $161,000 was set aside for curriculum development, instructional equipment, technology enhancements, and learning-space improvements. The program will include CDL preparation, forklift certification, OSHA training, and logistics credentials, making this a live buildout for curriculum and equipment vendors.
