From the meeting
At its September 15, 2026 meeting, MECC reported that the Phillips-Taylor Hall HVAC renovation was still moving forward after VCCS increased funding. The plans were sent back to Thompson & Litton for redesign, and the building was expected to go offline after graduation in 2027 for about 18 months. That makes Thompson & Litton the named design firm and flags follow-on construction and equipment work.
