From the meeting
At its September 10, 2026 meeting the board received a conceptual review for the Conway Police Station at 35 East Conway Road. The plan includes renovations to the existing building, a 6,500-square-foot addition with a 1,800-square-foot sally port, new parking, a relocated impound lot, and a replaced western sidewalk. The project is still in concept stage and the board voted to hold a public hearing at the next meeting.
Design and construction firms should track the next hearing and the eventual scope definition.

Acting on pre-RFPs gives SLED and B2G vendors months of lead time to build relationships and shape requirements.
