From the meeting
At its September 10, 2026 meeting the Authority said the LSA grant pre-application was filed and completed for the garage project. Executive Director Jon Klotz was authorized to be the main signatory and to work with DCED, MCIDA, and local legislators to assemble the grant package. This is an open grant-funded project, with the next value driver likely being grant support and project coordination.
