From the meeting
At its October 7, 2026 meeting, the Board approved a Mutual Release and Agreement with Sport Court for the PARC Pickleball project, contingent on Sport Court first returning an executed counterpart. Solicitor Prevoznik said Sport Court was the bid winner and had provided all needed documents except Workers' Compensation insurance. He also said an excavating contractor hired to work on the property had the same insurance issue.
Once the signed release is received, the Township will release the bid bond. Motion carried 2-0.
