From the meeting
At its October 5, 2026 meeting staff reported the load bank was up and running but still a basic setup. A quote will be requested for adding an electrical transformer so the blowers keep running and the coils cool properly after generator shutdown and during summer. The source ties this to the broader switchgear replacement project.
