From the meeting
At its October 28, 2026 workshop, the District reviewed letters on the transition of operations to the CDD effective January 1, 2027. The agenda and letters raised completion of and funding for the guardhouse, with the developer entities asked to provide funds in escrow to finish the improvements described in the February 20, 2020 Engineer's Report. The October 19 letter said this was the last portion of the Improvements that needed to be completed before the CDD could declare the project complete.
