From the meeting
At its October 28, 2026 meeting, the Clinton County Legislature authorized the Planning Director to apply for and accept a 2026 Accelerated Transit Capital Program (ATC) grant for Clinton County Public Transit. NYSDOT had awarded $56,181 in state capital funding, and the county said the money would go toward the construction and engineering of the bus facility's fuel pump renovations. The resolution noted prior ATC rounds were also planned for radios, dispatch equipment, facility upgrades, a passenger shelter, fueling system work and a bus storage shelter.
