From the meeting
At its October 27, 2026 meeting, the Timnath Landing General Improvement District finally adopted Ordinance No. GID-01, Series 2026, authorizing the issuance and sale of limited tax general obligation bonds and subordinate limited tax general obligation bonds. The ordinance set maximum principal amounts of $10,000,000 for the 2026A Bonds and $4,500,000 for the 2026B Bonds.
It also approved the Bond Purchase Agreement, Indentures, and Continuing Disclosure Agreement, and named Wells Fargo Securities, LLC as the Underwriter. The board said the bond proceeds would finance part of the project and reimburse CAC Timnath, LLC and the Town under existing reimbursement agreements.
