From the meeting
At its October 26, 2026 meeting, council reviewed Change Order Three for the DeWitt Farmers Market project. The change order increased the restroom and storage area heater size because the original unit was not large enough for winter use. The change order was tied to CarbonSix Construction's project and included a $1,500 restock fee covered by Matrix, with the fee deducted from the next pay application.

Acting on pre-RFPs gives SLED and B2G vendors months of lead time to build relationships and shape requirements.
