From the meeting
At its October 20, 2026 meeting, the Bradford Sanitary Authority scheduled three Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (PA DCED) Local Share Account Statewide Grant Program applications. The grants were for the Barbour Street and Mechanic Street Sanitary Project, the East Main Street Sewer and Storm Project, and the East Main Street Storm Expansion Project. Steve Disney was designated to execute the documents.
The grants were not yet awarded, so the next step is the application decision and funding award process.
