From the meeting

At its October 20, 2026 meeting, the Board was asked to approve a Master Services Agreement and Task Order #1 with Hazen & Sawyer for preliminary design of the Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) digester rehabilitation project. The task is for a comprehensive system evaluation and is capped at $150,000 plus a 5% contingency. The scope covers condition assessment, NFPA 820 review, recirculation and mixing upgrades, electrical and controls issues, and a future update on beneficial use of digester gas.

The initial work is the first step before a later detailed design task order.
