From the meeting
At its October 2, 2026 board retreat, the library district listed IT Equipment- Digital Equity Grant under General Fund Designated Funds - Capital Outlay. The document names a grant-funded technology purchase area, but it does not print a 2027 amount on the row. Even without the current figure, the named grant and equipment category show an active funding vehicle for library technology purchases.
The next useful conversation is with Information Technology and administration on grant scope, timing, and any remaining procurement path.
