From the meeting
At its October 14, 2026 meeting, the council approved an agreement with Hall Engineering Company for the Sanitary Sewer System Rehabilitation 2027 Project. Nancy Buss said the work is the second phase of sewer relining and repairs and would complete all of the city's sewer mains. The council also heard that the water main and water tower project is awaiting Iowa DNR review and may be ready for bid letting in November, depending on timing.
