From the meeting
At its October 13, 2026 meeting, Roswell Independent School District recommended award of RFP 27-05 for the Mt. View Middle School general contractor to Waide Construction Company. Five firms submitted proposals and three were interviewed; Waide scored highest overall.
The project is now in award/implementation territory, so the sales value is follow-on construction management, subcontracting, and any school project coordination tied to the contract.
