From the meeting
At its October 12, 2026 meeting, the city received a wastewater treatment facility plan agreement from Veenstra & Kimm. The study will review five years of performance and flows, compare upgrade and replacement options, estimate capital and operating costs, and recommend a path forward for the wastewater system. The agreement lists $33,000 for the facility study and $5,000 for the antidegradation analysis, which is a clear trigger for future design and construction decisions.
