From the meeting
At its November 2, 2026 meeting, the City Council passed Resolution 26-113-R approving an agreement with MED-Project IL, LLC for installation and ongoing service of the medical drop box in the Police Department lobby. The memo said the current vendor, Inmar Intelligence, would stop participating in the state-approved drug take-back program effective January 1, 2027. MED-Project IL, LLC was identified as the new state-approved vendor, and the city said there was no cost to participate.
Staff will execute the agreement and transition the drug take-back program to the new vendor.
