From the meeting
74 acres out of Block 1 of the Goose Creek CISD Education Training Center Minor Plat as surplus real property. The tract was acquired in 2019 as part of the Professional Development Center project and is the remaining undeveloped portion of that tract. The district said it has no current intended use for the property and wants to evaluate disposition options under Texas Education Code and Texas Local Government Code.
Recommended action was to approve the surplus designation.
