From the meeting
At its July 28, 2026 meeting the commission authorized repairs to the G-Dock lift station, the district's primary lift station for north harbor wastewater. The work is being done by Simonds Machinery Company, and the not-to-exceed amount was set at $91,000. Staff said the steel wet well casing was still in good condition, so only electrical and mechanical components will be rehabilitated.
The commission also approved a FY27 budget appropriation, so the project is moving into execution with follow-on maintenance and future lift station priorities at T-Dock and X-Dock.
