From the meeting
At its July 21, 2026 meeting the engineer said the City of Buda had completed design of a 24-inch effluent force main and procured Smith Contracting for installation. The district's role will be construction administration and support where the line crosses district boundaries, and the detention/water quality/holding pond at the discharge point is still under design by Kimley-Horn. The board action was approval of the Consor agreement and authorization to proceed.
