From the meeting
At its July 21, 2026 meeting, the board heard public comment urging replacement of the Oak Knoll Park basketball hoop and court. Chair Green reported the asphalt at the basketball court had already been removed because of its poor condition, and the plan was to install the hoop on the north side of the tennis court. The work is underway, and the earlier removal has created a park amenities replacement issue that remains relevant.
The board did not take a separate action on the court replacement at this meeting.
