From the meeting
At its July 13, 2026 meeting, council approved design engineering services for FY27/28 local road resurfacing for Northview and Colony Estates. The approved amount was not to exceed $174,500. This is a decided engineering assignment tied to the next resurfacing cycle, and it signals later construction, utility coordination, and project management work once design is complete.

Acting on pre-RFPs gives SLED and B2G vendors months of lead time to build relationships and shape requirements.
