From the meeting
At its August 6, 2026 meeting, the board directed Maintenance Supervisor Todd Menke to request quotes for seal coating the entire length of Greystone Road for 2026 or 2027. Menke and Engineer Jeff Oliver recommended a seal coat project with fog seal, covering 7,730 feet by 22 feet with 1/4-inch granite and 3/8-inch rock. This is an open pricing step before a vendor is chosen.
